Para mí, ¡lo mejor del Otoño/Invierno son las botas! Cuando era mucho más joven usaba botas todo el año, por lo que adquirí una relación muy romántica con ellas. Me encanta verlas, buscarlas y comprarlas, por supuesto.

For me, the best of autumn / winter are the boots! When I was really young I used to wear boots all year long, that’s why I have a romantic relationship with them. I love to watch them, search for them and buy them, of course.

Las botas han evolucionado con los años en diferentes formas y maneras. Iniciaron como símbolo de autoridad entre los militares; y posteriormente, las mujeres empezaron a usarlas para montar caballo o manejar, pero agarró su fama durante la época victoriana. Hubo un tiempo en que solo las había en negro o café, y exclusivamente de piel, ¿pueden creerlo? Pero afortunadamente, ahora las botas pueden ser de formas, texturas y colores inimaginables.

Boots have evolved over the years in different ways and shapes, they started as a symbol of authority between military; and then women began to use them to ride horses or drive, but they became a success during the Victorian era. There was a time when you could only find them in black or brown, and exclusively in leather, can you imagine that? But fortunately, now the boots can be of shapes, textures, and colors unimaginable.

OUTFIT

Tengo estas hermosas botas que compré en un impulso cuando las vi, porque siempre escucho un “tienes unas iguales” u “¿otras negras?”, pero pocos entienden que aunque sean negras, son diferentes; ya sea la tela, el tacón, la longitud o el fit de la bota, así que no escuché esos comentarios negativos y las compré.

I have these gorgeous boots that I bought on an impulse when I saw them, I always hear “you have the same ones” or “another black boots?” But few understand that even if they are the same color, they are different; either the fabric, the heel, the length or the fit are different, so this time I didn’t hear those negative comments and I bought them.

Se amoldan perfectamente a la pierna y ese tacón hace ver tus piernas larguísimas. Como el foco estaba en las botas, usé un vestido negro corto para que se vieran las botas completas y añadí el toque de color en mi chamarra de piel rosa, que también es una prenda perfecta para la temporada, básica en cualquier armario y que ahora podemos comprar en diferentes colores.

They fit like a glove to the legs and that stiletto heel makes your legs look so much longer. As I wanted to focus on the boots, I used a short black dress so the complete length of the boots could be appreciated, and I added a touch of color with a pink jacket, which is also a perfect garment of the season, basic in any outfit and can be found in lots of colors.

Aún sentía que algo me faltaba, por lo que agregue estos enormes aretes que levantaron mi look completamente, y quedé satisfecha al 100%.

I still felt that I was missing something so I added these large earrings that lift my outfit completely, and after that, I was 100% satisfied.
